Description
The Risk Strategies Control Unit is tasked with establishing a process for analyzing and validating risk strategies in lending to the "Small/Micro" legal entity segment at the implementation stage and throughout its lifecycle, including the intermediate preparation of reports on the quality of risk strategy performance for the management of the "Risk" Block.
Responsibilities
Monitoring changes to risk strategies related to lending to SME legal entities:
- assessment of changes being implemented, preparation of accompanying analytics
- in-depth analysis and preparation of recommendations/conclusions based on research results for process owners
- post-implementation analysis of results, calculation and monitoring of metrics
Analytical support for the risk strategy throughout its lifecycle:
- calculation and monitoring of quality metrics
- A/B testing monitoring, participation in A/B test design formation
- conducting plan vs. fact analysis of changes
- preparation of dashboards and reports for internal analysis and presentation of results
- adhoc analysis
- preparation of presentation materials based on analysis results;
- preparation of references and analytical notes for the supported unit
- conducting analytical research on the effectiveness of credit risk strategies
- coordinating the reporting preparation process and interacting with counterparts.
Requirements
- work experience as a risk analyst
- knowledge of the backend process for issuing credit products
- good command of standard portfolio analysis tools (swap-in/swap-out analysis, vintage analysis, credit decision stage analytics, practices for optimizing credit portfolio risk metrics)
- ability to prepare presentation materials and communicate analysis results
- good command of data analysis tools and databases (writing SQL queries, Python).
