Specialist Requirements:

• Desired experience of 6 months to 1.5 years in the IT field (e.g., technical support (HelpDesk), system administration, IT asset management, internship in ITSM/IT department). • Understanding of the basics of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, software, databases). • Any experience with ITSM systems (ServiceNow, Naumen, SimpleOne, Altevics) or databases will be an advantage.

Tasks:

• Support and development of the configuration management process. • Ensuring data quality in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). • Assisting in performing routine process operations: registration, updating, and decommissioning of configuration items (CIs) in the CMDB. • Participation in conducting regular CMDB audits for data accuracy and completeness (comparing information with sources). • Maintaining the relevance of documentation (instructions, templates) for the process. • Input and updating of IT asset data (servers, workstations, network equipment, software, licenses) in the CMDB in accordance with established procedures. • Support for simple reports based on CMDB data. • Interaction with IT asset owners (administrators, engineers) to collect and verify configuration information. • Assisting in communication on configuration management process issues within the IT department. • Mastering the ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Netbox, Altevics) and CMDB used in the bank. • Studying the specifics of the banking IT infrastructure and the requirements of the regulator (Central Bank of the Russian Federation).
