We are looking for a specialist to help ensure the accuracy and relevance of data in the CMDB (Altevics) and support the configuration management process.

💸 Salary Range: 150k gross-200k Gross

🛠 Tasks •Support and development of the configuration management process •Ensuring data quality in CMDB •Registration, updating, and decommissioning of configuration items (CI) •Participation in regular CMDB audits (data reconciliation with sources) •Maintaining and updating documentation (instructions, templates) •Entry and updating of IT asset data: servers, workstations, network equipment, software, licenses •Preparation of simple reports based on CMDB data •Interaction with administrators and engineers to collect and verify information •Support for internal communications on the configuration management process •Mastering ITSM tools: ServiceNow, Netbox, Altevics •Studying the specifics of banking IT infrastructure and regulatory requirements (Central Bank of the Russian Federation)

💼 What we expect •IT experience of 1.5 years or more (HelpDesk, system administration, working with IT assets, internship in ITSM/IT department) •Understanding of basic IT infrastructure principles: servers, networks, software, databases •Experience with ITSM systems will be an advantage: •ServiceNow •Naumen Service Desk •SimpleOne •Omnitracker •Altevics •Experience with CMDB •Database skills •Attention to detail and systematic thinking •Readiness to work with regulated processes
