Vacancy: Fullstack Analyst with Infrastructure Expertise

Who we are: We are building Pregel — a platform for managing complex IT infrastructures in corporations. We construct a digital "as is" model of IT infrastructure, provide engineers with tools to analyze the interconnections between infrastructure elements and applications, and offer a convenient UI and API for interacting with this model — designing and executing control signals.

Requirements (mandatory): — Experience as an analyst in a product team — Experience writing technical specifications for development — Experience participating in infrastructure projects/products in IT, for example: Data Centers, servers, virtual machines, cloud solutions, networks, DCIM, CMDB, ITAM systems, resilience, observability platforms, etc. — English for reading technical literature and documentation (Upper-Intermediate)

What you will be doing: — Competitor solution analysis — Customer experience analysis, including CJM — Writing technical specifications for development — Preparing "as is / to be" scenarios — Predicting the impact of features on product metrics
