Providing direct operational support to corporate VIP Clients and VIP client managers, supporting regional banks
Resolving operational issues (including non-standard ones) for VIP Clients regarding account transactions, including working with exceptions
Providing consultative support to VIP Clients on operational matters
Providing individual services to VIP clients
Informing VIP Clients about the receipt of enforcement documents
Building effective partner relationships with clients and client managers
Preparing information for compiling reporting forms for the functional area.

Competent speech, basics of business correspondence
Knowledge of key regulatory documents governing banking activities in the Russian Federation
Knowledge of the product/service line in terms of operational support for corporate clients
Document handling skills, knowledge of interaction processes with structural divisions
Practical skills in performing operations by departments, knowledge of the basics of working with operational risks
Willingness to use AI in daily work (training provided by the enterprise, corporate training available).
