We are currently looking for mass recruitment specialists to fill the positions of debt collection operator and contact center operator.

What you will be doing: — Full recruitment cycle — Conducting interviews and communicating with candidates — Maintaining a CRM system for candidate tracking — Working with multiple Head Hunter accounts

What is important to us: — Experience in mass recruitment — Ideally — experience in financial companies / fintech / call-center/gambling — Ability to work with the Head Hunter platform — Ability to work in multitasking mode — Communication skills and love for working with people — Responsibility and initiative — Ability to quickly switch between tasks — Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel will be a plus — Experience working with grey niches will be a plus
