Kredit 24 is the first Kazakhstani online microcredit service that allows citizens to get small loans remotely via the internet.
Kredit24 is looking for a mass recruitment recruiter. We are looking for a recruiter for the team who can handle a large flow of candidates and complete the hiring process until the employee starts.
What you will do: • Search for candidates and process applications. • Conduct initial video interviews. • Support candidates from the first contact to starting work. • Maintain a candidate database and recruitment reporting. • Fulfill the hiring plan.
What is important to us: • Experience in mass recruitment. • Knowledge of search channels and readiness to test new ones. • Independence, organization, and result orientation.
Conditions: Payment: first month $1500, from the second month $700+KPI Schedule: 9:00 to 18:00
