Description
The Integrated Security Management team is responsible for organizing centralized security of Sber's facilities, including monitoring security events, developing technical solutions, and creating unique IT tools to improve the level of protection. We are looking for a Methodology Specialist for Centralized Facility Security Processes.
Responsibilities
What you will do:
- develop operational regulations and normative documents governing the activities of the duty service
- develop a system for initial and periodic training and testing of employees in duty departments
- propose suggestions for improving and optimizing processes related to security provision
- formulate service efficiency metrics, service level agreements (SLAs) with internal customers
- prepare management reporting for the area of activity.
Requirements
What is important to us:
- higher legal or technical education
- at least 3 years of experience organizing the work of duty and dispatch services, contact centers
- experience in analyzing and assessing operational risks
- understanding of approaches to organizing the work of duty/dispatch services
- understanding of queueing theory and methods, queuing systems
- incident management skills, understanding of the incident lifecycle.
