Responsibilities
- Prioritization: determines the criticality of an incident and the urgency of response
- Communication: ensures information exchange between technical teams, management, and stakeholders
- Resolution: facilitates the swift identification of the cause and elimination of the failure
- Documentation: records events, actions, and incident results
- Analysis: Participates in post-incident analysis to prevent recurrence of errors
Requirements
- Experience in incident management and coordination of actions in IT infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of incident prioritization and classification processes.
- Skills in effective communication and organizing interaction between various departments.
- Ability to quickly analyze the situation and make decisions under uncertainty.
- Proficiency in incident documentation and analysis tools.
