Hi! We are the Tutu team. For over 20 years, we have been inspiring new trips, helping to easily plan journeys, and book everything you need — from tickets to hotels.
Now Tutu is changing its approach: not just selling a ticket, but guiding the client through the entire trip — from the idea of a trip to returning home. The "Travel Center" is a new direction that creates value at every stage of the journey.
We are looking for a designer with experience in generating non-standard conceptual solutions in the interface — when you can't just "look at others" and adapt. You will work in tandem with the current senior designer of the direction and take on conceptual leadership in new scenarios.
Your responsibilities will include
— Designing the end-to-end UX of the customer journey, laying the concept for a new entity within the service, starting from the most ROI-effective point — the trip screen: upselling products and services, providing useful information, and proactive support in case of disruptions — Being responsible for the strong visual level of the product: from interface blocks to icons and avatars, maintaining a balance between concept and implementability in UI — Developing scenarios for linking "ticket + hotel + experiences" into a single flow from idea to purchase with a clear USP: "the entire trip is cheaper on Tutu" — Working on inspiration and planning surfaces: idea feed, wishlist, planner, price forecast — Consistently integrating new showcase services like eSIM, transfers, and international cards into the product — Designing a network of AI agents and natively integrating them into all relevant screens and scenarios — Conducting customer journey research, usability testing, and hypothesis verification according to the "hypothesis → pilot → scaling" pipeline — Maintaining consistency with the design system, developing its components, and working in a cross-functional team towards product metrics
We expect you to have
— At least 5 years of experience in product/UX-UI design — preferably in e-commerce, marketplaces, or high-load consumer products; travel experience is a plus. This is a position for a strong practitioner-leader, not a manager: you come up with and defend non-standard, strong concepts yourself — Possess strong visual skills and a sense for UI details — not just flows and logic, but also how the product looks and feels — Bring a strong portfolio of end-to-end tasks (research → scenarios → UI → prototype → handoff) with released products — Be able to design complex transactional flows: search, filters, checkout, cross-sell, data-rich screens — Work confidently in Figma — Have experience with large and complex design systems — Think in product terms and be metric-oriented: understand unit metrics and A/B testing, know how to link design to conversion and NSM, and work in conjunction with analytics — Conduct research and usability tests, be proficient in JTBD — Work independently, be able to argue decisions, and build team communication — Be well-versed in mobile-first — Have experience with AI/conversational interfaces and integrate them into your processes
About the team and work process
You will work closely with the head of the direction, analysts, product managers from the "Travel Center", the development team, as well as a professional team responsible for communication.
In addition, there will be a significant amount of interaction with designers from other vertical and horizontal teams: thinking through how the new visual identity works in the interface — in icons, buttons, chats, and key blocks.
Work schedule
We work 5/2 according to Moscow time. You can work in the office or fully remotely, including from abroad.
