Payment Account Manager (Remote)

Seeking a Payment Account Manager for an international payment service for high-risk businesses.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage the payment solutions integration process: task setting, coordination of internal teams, monitoring deadlines and launch quality • Onboard payment systems: collect and verify documents • Oversee the launch of new payment directions and products • Analyze the effectiveness and profitability of payment solutions • Optimize transaction processing costs, conversion rates, and stability of payment flows • Agree on terms and tariffs with partners • Monitor and control the quality of payment systems' operation: SLA, stability, turnover, profitability • Participate in shaping the product and payment strategy

What's Important: • Experience with payment systems (onboarding, support, maintenance) for at least 1 year • Knowledge of the high-/mid-risk segment • Strong communication skills: negotiation, documentation, correspondence • Understanding of basic payment metrics (approval rate, conversion, profitability) • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher • Confident user of Google Docs, Google Sheets, Word, Excel • Experience working with markets worldwide (excluding CIS countries) • Higher education Will be a plus: • Experience in the high-risk industry (fintech, payment aggregators, PSP) • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
