๐ธ Salary: Payment for automation project + subscription fee for administration. 500,000โ1,500,000
๐ Responsibilities:
- Audit of the firm's current processes and digitization of the client journey (from lead and court hearings to case closing)
- Implementation, deep configuration, and automation of a specialized CRM (ProjectMate / Bitrix24 / Megaplan)
- Setting up strict control of procedural deadlines (auto-alerts for lawyers regarding court hearings, filing lawsuits, appeals)
- Systematization of 12 years of company experience: compilation of all document templates, checklists, and regulations into a single interactive Knowledge Base
- Setting up dashboards for the owner (monitoring lawyer workload, SLA, case management stages)
๐ Requirements:
- Experience in automating service B2B business or law firms from 1โ2 years
- Expert knowledge of modern CRM and project management systems capabilities
- Ability to write clear technical regulations and train the team to work with the software
- Desire to create a technically perfect product where everything that is subject to logic is automated
