Retention Manager at MaxLine

We are looking for a Retention Manager who knows how to work with metrics, analyze information, and understand users 👀
The responsibilities include:
- Forming and segmenting the client base;
- Analyzing current client communications via e-mail, SMS, push channels and improving them based on the obtained data;
- Developing and launching new trigger sequences that can encourage project audiences to use gaming resources more actively;
- Forming hypotheses and conducting A/B tests aimed at improving retention metrics and increasing profits;
- Managing campaigns in CRM systems (automating mailings, creating trigger notifications, working with the client database, forming requests for CRM system improvements);
- Close collaboration with the team: analysts, designers, marketers;
- Developing and writing texts for communication sequences and notifications;
- Developing a loyalty program and bonus offers aimed at retaining and increasing user engagement;
- Collecting and analyzing user feedback to improve the client experience and retention programs
Apply immediately if you have:
- Experience in a similar or related position in the gambling sphere;
- Experience with CRM systems and tools for personalized mailings;
- Ability to analyze information;
- Knowledge and understanding of retention metrics: CRR, Churn Rate, LT, LTV;
- Experience with e-mail, SMS, push sending services;
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
