MTS Media is looking for a Head of Treasury Operations.
Treasury Operations Department, reporting directly to the Holding's CFO. Interaction with all finance departments of the holding, with all participants of the payment process, interaction with the IT team, development, fintech, product teams, with banks, with the project office.
Responsibilities:
- Management of the holding's liquidity;
- Budget/forecast/actual/plan-fact analysis of Cash Flow, Working Capital, Net Debt for the holding;
- Management of the holding's working capital (including control of accounts receivable/payable);
- Reduction of transaction costs, interest expenses, and bank commissions for the holding;
- Ensuring uninterrupted payment process for the holding, approval of payment registries;
- Updating and controlling the execution of the payment policy and other policies related to treasury operations;
- Participation in the automation of the treasury block;
- Analysis and modification of current processes within the scope of job responsibilities, increasing the efficiency of one's own and the team's work.
Candidate Profile:
- Higher financial education;
- Experience in a similar position (retail/e-commerce – a plus);
- Knowledge of normative acts, regulations, instructions;
- Flexible adaptation to changes;
- Experience working with banks and credit products;
- Experience in process automation;
- Communication skills.
