The top individual selection team at MTS is looking for a driven individual to help fill positions such as: analysts (business analysts, system analysts, data analysts, Data Scientists, ML engineers, etc.), IT block experts, cybersecurity specialists, developers (DevOps, GO\Python\C++ developers, etc.), project managers, strategists, customer experience experts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Familiarize yourself with the process of targeted personnel selection;
• Learn to search for resumes of professionals on job boards and alternative sources;
• Conduct phone screenings or contact candidates via messengers to verify key criteria;
• Form a pool of warm leads for vacancies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess theoretical knowledge in HR/Recruitment;
• Willing to work 40 hours per week, 3 days in the office, 2 remotely;
• Able to work both in a team and independently;
• Enjoy searching for information and communicating with new people.
