Russian "mind-reading" startup Neiry is looking for a General Manager.

The Neiry group of companies is a leader in the development and application of neurotechnologies. The group currently consists of 5 product companies: Neiry, Neyrotech, Neyrotrend, NeyroRoga, NeyriResearch — and their number is constantly growing.

They are currently looking for a General Manager to lead the company's operations in India.

This is a unique opportunity for you to apply your skills in a rapidly developing environment and grow quickly with the business. You will define and implement the market entry strategy, build the team, scale and rationalize the business. You will be responsible for strategy execution, end-to-end results, and the PnL of the business in India. You will work closely with responsible senior managers from HQ who will support implementation and ongoing business operations. As a key stakeholder for the product teams, you will also play a crucial role in identifying improvements in existing products and providing input on what needs to be built in the future. They are looking for a hands-on, motivated self-starter who is passionate about leveraging data to drive process efficiency and sales effectiveness across functional teams.

Experience and Skills of Successful Candidates:

• Proven experience in successfully executing complex business initiatives in India
• Understanding of IT, E-commerce, MedTech, Startup building, or Consulting experience
• Strong attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that demands continuous innovation
• Proven analytical and quantitative skills, with an ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases. Ability to clearly communicate data insights to others
• A true hands-on leader with a strong bias for action, willing to roll up sleeves and do whatever it takes to lead the company and project to success. General Manager / Owner mentality

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration or related fields required
• 10+ years of product and/or business experience, with 5+ years of experience managing large/complex teams
• Data analysis and reporting
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree preferred
• Project management skills

• Experience in the Indian market

Responsibilities:
