Experience in systemic changes: reviewing strategy, information system portfolio, and transforming how the business earns money. Entrepreneurial experience and understanding of how business works. Experience managing your own business for at least 3 years will be a plus. Experience in building and implementing an effective sales management system and customer support focused on growth and quality. Experience managing a team of 20+ people. Independence. Readiness to take responsibility. Initiative.
