Independent Director for a Public Company's Board
📍__A company with revenue of approximately 10 billion rubles is forming a new board of directors__
Seeking an Independent Director - Chairperson of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Mandatory Requirements: -> experience chairing the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (strictly) -> experience at the board of directors or top team level in companies with revenue from 15 billion rubles -> practical expertise in evaluating CEOs and top teams, succession planning, motivation, and organizational development -> experience working with owners and transforming the management system.
Experience on the board of directors of a public company is desirable.
Banking sector is not considered.
Candidates with strong operational experience, capable of viewing people and the organization not only through HR processes but also through the lens of strategy, scaling, and business value growth tasks, are particularly of interest.
