A company with revenues of approximately 10 billion rubles is forming a new Board of Directors.

We are looking for an Independent Director - Chairman of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee.

Mandatory requirements: -> Experience as Chairman of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee (strict requirement) -> Experience at the board of directors or top management level in companies with revenues of 15 billion rubles or more -> Practical expertise in evaluating CEOs and top management, succession planning, motivation, and organizational development -> Experience working with owners and transforming the management system.

Experience on the board of directors of a public company is desirable.

We do not consider candidates from the banking sector.

We are particularly interested in candidates with strong operational experience, who can view people and the organization not only through HR processes but also through the lens of strategy, scaling, and business value growth.
