A small part of what you will be doing:

• Formation and development of the goal-setting system for the entire organization
• Development and implementation of methodology for setting, decomposing, and controlling the achievement of goals
• Administration of the full cycle of the goal-setting process: from collection and approval to monitoring execution
• Interaction with heads of departments to integrate goals into business processes
• Analysis of the effectiveness of the goal-setting system, preparation of proposals for its improvement
• Ensuring the transparency and manageability of the goal-setting process at all levels

Our expectations for the candidate's experience:

• At least 6 years of experience in HR management, organizational development, or strategic management
• At least 5 years of practical experience in building and administering goal-setting systems (KPI, OKR, MBO, etc.)
• Deep understanding of HR processes and business logic of large companies
• Experience in project management and interaction with top management
