We are looking for a Head of Personnel Assessment at 2GIS.
2GIS is launching a new personnel assessment function from scratch within the Learning & Development (L&D) center. The function's objective is to build a unified, scalable assessment system for the company, which will directly contribute to business stability through transparent grading, regular performance evaluation, and potential management.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing a unified methodology for comprehensive company-wide assessment (7000+ employees), proposed by consultants (grading, competencies, KPIs).
- Automation and analytics: setting up data collection and processing tools, integrating with HR systems, establishing BI reporting.
- Interaction with the business — regular data exchange with business trainers, C&B specialists, HRBPs, L&D partners, and department heads.
- Building a talent development system: identifying successors for key employees, working with potential based on a skill-based approach, and collaborating with L&D partners.
- Participating in the development of skills management and succession systems.
- Forming and managing the assessment department team.
Process Management:
- Ensuring the link between the grading system and other assessment procedures within the company.
- Compiling a catalog of assessment tools for employees of different grades.
- Launching and supporting the assessment of personal performance based on KPIs (quarterly and annually).
- Conducting joint feedback sessions with managers on assessment results.
- Supporting the implementation and updating of the competency model (managerial, expert, entrepreneurial).
Requirements:
- Higher education (Psychology, Human Resources Management, Management — will be a plus).
- At least 3 years of experience in HR/corporate university, including at least 2 years in managerial positions in personnel assessment and development (Assessment Center, Performance Management).
- Experience in large companies (3000+ employees).
- Knowledge of methodologies: deep understanding of assessment models, competencies, and grading.
- Understanding the pros/cons of different approaches (9-box, competency models, OKR/KPI, 360, etc.).
- Technical literacy: experience participating in the implementation and setup of HR tools (LMS, HRIS, assessment systems), understanding of process automation principles.
