🦊 About the Role
We are looking for an Employee Assessment and Development Manager – a specialist who will create clear assessment systems capable of answering the questions: what exactly do we expect from employees in different roles, how to measure their current level, and where the growth areas are. The Employee Assessment and Development Manager works with competency matrices, the company's talent pool, and external assessment method providers (and adapts existing tools to the company's or a specific department's needs, if necessary).
Detailed Tasks:
- Develop and update competency matrices, and integrate them into the HR processes of various teams.
- Develop assessment tools for hard and soft skills.
- Analyze and select external assessment methods and tools, and adapt them to the needs of the company and business units.
- Launch and support assessment procedures (360-degree feedback and others).
- Form and update the talent pool, and conduct talent review committees.
- Collect and analyze feedback on assessment tools.
💫 We'll get along if you have:
- Higher education (in Psychology, Human Resources Management). Additional training in psychometrics, assessment methods, organizational development, talent management, or data analytics will be a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in employee assessment, training methodology, talent management, organizational psychology, or related fields.
- Experience and expertise in selecting external assessment tools (Hogan, SHL, etc.)
- Experience in developing and adapting assessment tools: case studies, tests, 360-degree feedback forms, exercises for assessment at various stages of the HR cycle.
- Experience in developing competency matrices and role profiles.
- Experience in building a talent pool system.
- Experience in conducting assessment procedures (interviews, testing, moderation) and preparing analytical materials for managers will be an advantage.
💚 Why we're awesome
- Naturally, official employment and a transparent salary.
- Remote work (from the Russian Federation) on a 5/2 schedule (but if you prefer, you can work in the Moscow office at Tulskaya).
- We provide work equipment.
- Trust: we assume that colleagues are professionals and do not engage in micromanagement, supporting a high level of autonomy within the team – while being ready to help, support, and share expertise.
- Health care: Voluntary medical insurance with dentistry, psychologist, and psychotherapist services, a subscription to Dobroservis. And if you catch a cold – we'll send you a vitamin box :)
- Development: learning foreign languages in corporate courses, discounts on Foxford products, access to an online library, and compensation for external training.
