Severstal is looking for a Learning Partner.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and implement learning and development strategies and systems for the supported client group: Technological divisions (Directorate for Technical Development and Quality, Directorate for Product and Solution Development, Center for Technical Development) and Rolling Production.
- Support and advise HRBPs and employees of the supported client group on the cycle, products, services, and tools of the Talent function (leadership, functional, managerial training, working with talent pools, HiPo and HiPro employees, etc.).
- Coordinate learning and development requests from employees of the supported client group within the Talent team.
- Develop and implement employee assessment, learning, and development projects for the supported client group.
- Participate in the formation of custom solutions within Talent to meet business needs (deep understanding of business context and issues, participation in development, collecting feedback on Talent products).
- Implement key HR projects for the development of strategic competencies in the supported client group.
- Collect statistics and generate regular reports and analytics on employees of the supported client group.
- Develop and implement proposals to improve the effectiveness of Talent function products, services, and tools.
- Facilitate team sessions.
Candidate expectations:
- At least 5 years of experience in HR and at least 3 years in learning and development.
- Experience in building an employee assessment, learning, and development system for manufacturing and engineering specialties at various levels (independently or as part of a working group).
- Proficiency in educational product creation methodology, experience in developing various learning and development formats, including e-learning content.
- Understanding of marketing and communication in learning, experience in promoting learning and development products.
- Skills in independently managing complex projects.
- Knowledge of best practices in training program creation, knowledge of T&D best practices and trends.
