Jewelry brand SOKOLOV is looking for a Head of Personnel Assessment Team.

Responsibilities:

• Assessment methodology and standards: development/updating of the competency model, criteria and scales; ensuring uniform assessment rules and quality
• Organization of the assessment cycle: planning and conducting assessment events (timelines, resources, communications, final materials)
• Team management: task setting, quality control, team expertise development
• Consulting managers, moderating calibration, assisting in translating results into HR decisions and development
• Building a talent pool
• Preparing reports, identifying risks/development areas, participating in improving tools and processes (including automation)
• Conducting career development programs (events, trainings, facilitations, team sessions)

Candidate Requirements:

• Similar work experience of at least 2 years
• Ability to prioritize and focus on important issues
• High level of self-organization
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with a large volume of information
• Proactivity, responsibility
• Willingness to travel on business trips
