Jewelry brand SOKOLOV is looking for a Head of Personnel Assessment Team.
Responsibilities:
- Assessment methodology and standards: development/updating of the competency model, criteria and scales; ensuring uniform assessment rules and quality
- Organization of the assessment cycle: planning and conducting assessment events (timelines, resources, communications, final materials)
- Team management: task setting, quality control, team expertise development
- Consulting managers, moderating calibration, assisting in translating results into HR decisions and development
- Building a talent pool
- Preparing reports, identifying risks/development areas, participating in improving tools and processes (including automation)
- Conducting career development programs (events, trainings, facilitations, team sessions)
Candidate Requirements:
- Similar work experience of at least 2 years
- Ability to prioritize and focus on important issues
- High level of self-organization
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with a large volume of information
- Proactivity, responsibility
- Willingness to travel on business trips
