A brewing company Tarkos is looking for a Head of Personnel Selection Department.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure target staffing levels;
• Manage headcount: target headcount relevance, headcount control, staff list, payroll fund;
• Improve labor productivity;
• Participate in the implementation of HR Practices;
• Participate in salary reviews and motivation system updates;
• Lead efforts to improve working conditions;
• Formulate succession plans and personnel reserves;
• Consult employees and managers on personnel management issues;
• Build proper communication and interaction between HR and business.
• Headcount 400+ (territorially distributed team), with the HR department and the personnel selection department reporting to this role.

Candidate Profile:

• Higher education, preferably in Human Resources or Psychology;
• Systemic approach, ability to organize and control work in personnel selection and personnel records management;
• Experience in organizing and controlling HR processes;
• Experience in forming organizational structures;
• Successful experience in solving staffing tasks.
