Position Goal:
- To help departments achieve their strategic goals through effectively structured HR processes and quality people management. To be a "single point of contact" for feedback and assistance on all HR issues for both managers and employees
Key Responsibilities:
- Lifecycle Management: to form and coordinate internal HR processes between functions (HR Administration, C&B, Recruitment and Onboarding, Training), building a seamless employee journey
- Systematization and Automation: to integrate HR tools into business operational processes and formalize their purpose. To develop and implement P&P (Policy & Procedure) for key HR processes
- Performance & Talent Management: to oversee performance appraisal (PR) processes, potential assessment, individual development plans (IDP), and salary reviews in designated departments
- Complex Communications: to act as a facilitator and mediator in resolving complex/conflict situations, preventing escalation and personnel risks
- Business Consulting: to advise managers of designated departments on all people management issues: from motivation to organizational changes
- EVP and Employer Brand: to develop and implement tools to enhance the attractiveness of the employer brand, influencing the company's external and internal image
- HR Analytics: to maintain analytics of HR process metrics, track dynamics of turnover, engagement, and "bus factor", proposing data-driven measures
Professional Skills:
- Knowledge of tools for core HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, motivation, engagement, appraisal, development, retention, communication)
- In-depth knowledge of HR record-keeping processes and the basics of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (ТК РФ)
- Facilitation, mediation, and conflict management skills
- Knowledge of profiling and assessment methodologies
- Knowledge of current HR management practices and tools
