Job Title: Head of Sales – Factorial AI Education (Founding Role)

Hello! 👋

I’m Carmen from Factorial, and I’m looking for the person who will build and lead the sales engine behind Factorial Campus, our new education business line for companies, starting with practical programs that help teams adopt AI in their daily work.

This is not a role you simply step into. It’s a business you build.

You’ll own the sales engine end to end: the strategy, the team, the pipeline and the revenue. We’ll start in Spain, but our ambition is multi-market — and part of your challenge will be turning our first learnings into a model that can scale across Europe.

The role + What you’ll do 🚀

In the early days, you are the sales team. You’ll learn how to sell Factorial Campus yourself while hiring and developing the first members of the team.

Your playbook will be built from deals you’ve personally won, not theory.

You will:

• Sell before you scale: Prospect, run discovery calls, demo, negotiate and close our first customers.
• Build the sales motion: Define our ICP, messaging, sales stages, targets and playbook.
• Own the numbers: Build the pipeline and take responsibility for conversion and revenue.
• Create the team: Hire, onboard and coach the first SDRs and Account Executives.
• Prepare for multi-market growth: Prove the model in Spain and identify what can be replicated—or needs to be localized—across European markets.
• Turn customer feedback into action: Work closely with the Campus, Marketing and Product teams to improve our offer and go-to-market strategy.

What are we looking for? 📄

I’m looking for an entrepreneurial, AI-obsessed and hands-on commercial leader who enjoys building as much as scaling. Don’t be discouraged if you don’t check every box:

• B2B sales experience: You’ve carried and beaten quota and can personally prospect, discover, demo, negotiate and close.
• Sales leadership: You’ve hired, onboarded and coached SDRs and Account Executives.
• A proven builder: You’ve created a team, market, sales motion or business line from scratch and taken it from 0 to 1—and ideally beyond.
• An entrepreneurial attitude: You’re energized by ambiguity, default to action and start writing the playbook when there isn’t one.
• Versatility and communication: You enjoy wearing different hats and can influence customers and teams that don’t report to you.
• An AI-first way of working: You already delegate meaningful work to AI—from research and summaries to presentations, reporting or meeting preparation.
• Education experience is a plus: Previous experience selling corporate education, training or upskilling solutions would be highly valued.

Compensation 💰 This role compensation can vary can vary depending on your skills, experience and proven impact. In addition, you’ll get a generous ESOP package and benefits.
