About the team:
- Silow.ai — the work-data layer for AI ROI: they show companies where AI will truly pay off and help implement it at all levels of work;
- the product captures how work is actually structured in tools and on screens, transforms it into a private work-data layer, and shows where AI pays off — and then automations, company brain, onboarding, and audits across all functions are built on the same layer;
- privacy-first: data stays within the client's perimeter (EU cloud / VPC / on-prem), without training on client data, in accordance with the EU AI Act — this is not employee surveillance;
- early stage, fast growth, live pilot.
What you will do:
- manage deals end-to-end — from the first touchpoint to a signed pilot and payment;
- independently find ways to sell us: direct, partners, integrators, outbound, community;
- discovery, demos, and selling pilots;
- build GTM motion and processes from scratch;
- bring market feedback into the product and positioning.
What is important in a candidate:
- native English — you sell, write, and negotiate at a native level;
- experience selling to American companies — you have driven US motion, you understand how purchases are made in the US;
- you are a closer, not a lead-gen — B2B / SaaS / AI / consulting;
- you love and use AI tools for sales — outreach, research, CRM, sequencing; you build leverage for yourself, not just work hard;
- you quickly grasp complex products and explain them simply;
- you are not afraid of cold outreach, you offer solutions yourself, rather than waiting for tasks.
💫Will be a plus:
- founder-led / early-stage sales experience;
- mid-market / enterprise with multiple stakeholders (CEO, COO, HR, IT/security);
- knowledge of AI adoption / productivity / privacy / EU AI Act;
- network among AI consultants, integrators, Microsoft 365 / Copilot partners.
