Digital Product Designer at Alfa-Seller (CRM + Loyalty, B2B)

Hi! I'm Anya Lekanova, Design Lead at Alfa-Seller. I'm looking for a strong product designer to join us, someone who loves and knows how to create products from scratch and develop them thoughtfully.

Alfa-Bank is making a big bet on e-commerce. We are creating a service for sellers that will simplify their work with marketplaces, and also help them create and develop their own online store.

We are currently looking for a designer for the team that develops tools for sellers to work with users and build loyalty.

Why it's interesting here

Trading on marketplaces is becoming less profitable due to increasing commissions. Our service will help sellers save resources on managing sales through marketplaces and develop additional channels. We are currently developing the first version of the product and testing it with selected partners.

You will be laying the foundation and developing an important part of the service: customer interaction and loyalty. Join us if you want to have a big impact on the product, love ambitious goals, and can work in uncertainty.

What you will do

Work in a team with me, other designers, product managers, an editor, a researcher, analysts, developers, testers, and other team members.

Be a partner for the business, communicate with stakeholders, clarify requirements, propose and justify your solutions.

Participate in conducting qualitative research and improve the user experience based on its results.

Create product development concepts.

Detail new features and improve existing ones.

Support development and conduct design reviews before release.

What we expect from you

You have at least 3 years of experience in product design.

You design desktop interfaces for the B2B segment. You can confirm this in your portfolio.

You know the principles of a healthy design process in cross-functional product teams and can apply them in practice.

You make decisions taking into account business goals, user needs, technical capabilities, and limitations.

You can analyze user experience and, based on the analysis, propose, defend, and implement improvements.

You know and understand product metrics.

You have your own opinion, can reasonably defend it, but at the same time listen to and hear stakeholders and team members, and find common ground with them.

You can create outstanding visual design from scratch and work with an existing design system.

It would be ideal if you have experience designing CRM and loyalty development tools.
