MKК Holding is looking for a strategic partner with experience in attracting financing.
This role reports to the CEO to strengthen the financial function.
The MKК team is confidently scaling, regularly launching new products to the market, and steadily strengthening its position in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Financial strategy and business planning, unit economics assessment;
- Attracting financing (banks, funds, investors), credit portfolio management;
- Financial modeling, budgeting (P&L, Cash Flow Statement), cash flow management;
- Full cycle reporting (RAS, IFRS, Central Bank OSBU), interaction with regulators and Self-Regulatory Organizations;
- Search for new growth points, M&A, deal structuring;
- Management of the financial department and accounting, process automation
Requirements:
- Similar experience in MFIs or fintech, banking retail - strictly mandatory;
- Successful experience in attracting external financing (credit lines, investors);
- Knowledge of IFRS, Central Bank OSBU, tax accounting;
- Strategic thinking, leadership, team management experience.
