The MKК team is confidently scaling, regularly launching new products to the market, and steadily strengthening its position in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Financial strategy and business planning, unit economics assessment;
• Attracting financing (banks, funds, investors), credit portfolio management;
• Financial modeling, budgeting (P&L, Cash Flow Statement), cash flow management;
• Full cycle reporting (RAS, IFRS, Central Bank OSBU), interaction with regulators and Self-Regulatory Organizations;
• Search for new growth points, M&A, deal structuring;
• Management of the financial department and accounting, process automation

Requirements:

• Similar experience in MFIs or fintech, banking retail - strictly mandatory;
• Successful experience in attracting external financing (credit lines, investors);
• Knowledge of IFRS, Central Bank OSBU, tax accounting;
• Strategic thinking, leadership, team management experience.
