Vacancy: Business Development Manager at Axepays (Remote, Fintech)

Axepays – an innovative fintech company (Limassol, Cyprus) specializing in payment solutions, is inviting a Business Development Manager with experience in the banking sector. We are looking for an active, dynamic, and goal-oriented professional who will develop partnerships, analyze the market, and find new opportunities for business growth.

Main Tasks: • Attracting new and developing existing merchants to increase overall sales volume. • Daily communication with existing merchants and the team, interaction on maintaining the functionality of current payment methods. • Analysis of the payment solutions market, competitive environment, and current trends. • Initiating and coordinating integrations, interacting with internal teams. • Evaluating the effectiveness of channels and offers, generating ideas for optimization.

We expect from you: • Excellent business communication and negotiation skills. • Analytical thinking, initiative, and flexibility in decision-making. • Ability to build long-term professional relationships. • English language proficiency at B2 level and above.
