Responsibilities: • Develop and implement the company's development strategy; • Scale the business and manage P&L; • Develop the operational model: logistics, procurement, and dark store network; • Increase operational efficiency and improve customer experience; • Develop the management team and interact with shareholders.

We are looking for you if: • You have over 10 years of management experience, including at least 5 years in the role of CEO / Managing Director / General Manager; • You have successful experience in e-commerce, e-grocery, retail, or logistics; • You have managed P&L and successfully scaled businesses; • You possess strategic thinking, strong leadership qualities, and a data-driven approach.
