Product Marketing Manager

Now we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will become the driving force behind Appercut's growth: from idea to scaling.
In this role, you will launch new R&D funnels and find growth points in existing areas, combining creative approaches and product analytics. We are looking for someone who generates strong hypotheses, tests them with data, and doesn't stop until they find their "golden" funnel with maximum conversion.
Position Goal:
- Optimize conversion at each stage of the funnel – from the starting screen to purchasing a product subscription
- Scale revenue by increasing LTV and decreasing CAC
- Identify bottlenecks, launch experiments, and drive changes to implementation until a "golden" scalable funnel emerges.
Areas of Responsibility and Key Tasks:
- Develop and test new funnels and user acquisition strategies based on user insights and current trends
- Write and optimize copy for each funnel step that will grab attention from the first seconds
- Manage the full cycle of marketing funnel development and optimization: from idea generation to launch, testing, and analysis of results. Hand over refined solutions to design and development teams and oversee their deployment to full traffic volume
- Fully own and improve core user funnels – launch A/B tests, R&D initiatives, and increase conversion at each stage
- Conduct monetization experiments: test pricing, offers, upsells, and improve unit economics
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, or similar role
- Located in Warsaw – this would be great, but we are also considering candidates for remote work
- Proven track record with conversion and revenue growth: "before/after" figures
- Strong conversion copywriting in English (B2+ level), capable of grabbing attention from the first seconds
- Experience in building and optimizing funnels, launching A/B tests, and systematically increasing conversion
- Skills in using AI tools to accelerate content creation and hypothesis testing
- Understanding of performance marketing (Meta, TikTok, Google) and how user acquisition connects with the product and funnels
- Strong analytical skills and confident data work (MixPanel / Amplitude / Tableau / GA or similar)
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Growth mindset: curiosity, fast learning, and ownership; ability to sell an idea, drive it to completion, and be accountable for the results
