ER-Telecom, a telecom company, is looking for a Client Group Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a client group;
- Analyzing the client, technical, and financial indicators of the company's branch;
- Developing and implementing measures to increase the loyalty of existing clients;
- Monitoring client (churn, NPS, contact rate, FCR, B2C block unit employee ratings) and financial indicators (discounts, migrations, accounts receivable, implementing measures to improve them);
- Carrying out activities for the support and retention of existing clients;
- Organizing quality control of the work of adjacent units of the branch.
Requirements:
- Experience managing a team of managers (5+ people);
- Motivating employees to achieve results;

- Strong leadership qualities.
