Technical Lead at SourceCraft

We are creating a cloud DevSecOps solution for customers that helps in writing source code, finding vulnerabilities, managing versions, testing, building, deploying, and maintaining software products.

We face a complex challenge: we are building a platform practically from scratch, although we are leveraging existing Yandex developments. The project is at a very early stage and requires clear prioritization: what we do and why.

What tasks await you

Detailed development of secure development subsystems You will be responsible for the detailed design of security subsystems within the product (e.g., a code analysis subsystem), searching for vulnerabilities and defects. You will prioritize tasks, assign them to developers, and guide them to results.

Technological innovation You will interact with the product owner and research DevSecOps platform technologies, identify technological innovations that will ensure a better user experience and competitive advantage. You will also define which technological solutions and architecture will allow for effective achievement of product goals.

Working with the team Together with the product owner, you will assemble a high-performance platform development team and will be responsible for its results.

We expect that you

• Have been responsible for product development or its components
• Have an excellent understanding of DevSecOps methodologies and practices (experience in developing security products will be a plus)
• Are excellent at managing projects, planning and prioritizing tasks for developers
• Have strong system design and high-load system development skills, are ready to write code in Go
