We are the Platform V ASOC Control Center team, part of Sber's cloud digital platform. We develop and sell products to enhance national sovereignty in the field of software development. Our goal is to give development teams in Russia the opportunity to create modern, high-quality, and secure products, despite the departure of a number of foreign vendors.
We are actively developing our own product line, including based on OpenSource tools. We close all vulnerabilities, expand functionality to the level of Enterprise solutions, and provide timely, reliable, and high-quality support.
We are currently working on creating a DevSecOps platform that enables transparent real-time interaction between engineering teams and information security experts.

We are currently looking for a product technical leader who, with the help of an expert team, can create the best solution in the ASOC/ASPM market.
Responsibilities
Your tasks:
- lead the development team, ensure professional development of employees
- be responsible for improving the efficiency of the production process, ensure compliance with IT process standards
- be responsible for the product result in terms of technical implementation and timely delivery of product features
- define the technological stack of the software product
- setting tasks and defending results for implementing ML models in the product
- architectural elaboration and design of solutions for the technological platform (Platform V ASOC Control Center)
- creation of HLD artifacts, validation of architectural solutions, and verification of LLD artifacts
- participation in analyzing the client's IT landscape, designing principles and mechanisms for integration into the IT landscape
- managing the solution scope and quality based on defined goals and priorities.
Requirements
We expect you to have:
- at least 5 years of experience in a Solution Architect or Technical Lead role for at least 3 years
- experience in designing the architecture of successfully implemented large-scale corporate systems, ability to explain adopted architectural decisions with reasoned arguments
- understanding of the principles for building architecture of highly available and high-load applications
- software development experience in any programming language (Java, .NET, C++, Go, Perl, Python, Node.js, Kotlin, Scala, and/or others)
- strong communication skills, ability to conduct reasoned discussions, find consensus, and form a coordinated understanding of the development path in conditions of conflicting stakeholder interests
- knowledge of methodologies for software design, development, deployment, and maintenance
- knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies and corresponding tools
- understanding of Cloud Native, microservice architecture, network technologies
- deep expertise in DevOps/MLOps: CI/CD, model monitoring, model version management
- knowledge of English at a level sufficient for reading technical literature.
Will be a significant plus:
- knowledge of the main types of vulnerabilities in OWASP Top 10
- understanding of the causes of vulnerabilities in software
- knowledge of what CVE, CWE are and experience working with databases of publicly known information security vulnerabilities.
