Remote Vacancy.
For the mental health project Vnutri Spokoino (Inner Calm) is looking for a Head of Marketing.
The project “Vnutri Spokoino” is about mental health and inner stability: how to find support within yourself, understand yourself better, and maintain inner calm even when everything outside is unstable. They conduct supportive online workshops with leading psychologists and develop their own media to help people live more stably and treat themselves and their psyche with care.
“Vnutri Spokoino” is currently growing, and they are looking for a Head of Marketing — a person who will help build the project's marketing as a unified system and take responsibility for its further growth. They need a strong systemic marketer who can look at the project holistically: see growth points, form a strategy, connect content, channels, funnels, and products with each other, work with numbers, and turn marketing ideas into concrete results.
Key Tasks:
- Formulate a marketing strategy for the project for the next 3–6 months: define goals, growth points, priority channels, and key performance indicators.
- Build the project's marketing into a unified system where content, platforms, funnels, launches, and products work together.
- Design the user journey from the first acquaintance with “Vnutri Spokoino” to participation in the project's products and further return.
- Develop existing and search for new channels to attract the audience.
- Build and improve marketing and content funnels.
- Strategically develop Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, e-mail, and other project platforms.
- Formulate a content strategy and determine which topics, formats, and mechanics will work for audience attraction, engagement, and conversion.
- Participate in launch preparation, offer creation, and product positioning.
- Formulate and test growth hypotheses.
- Work with analytics: track audience dynamics, reach, engagement, conversions, launch results, and channel effectiveness.
- Based on data, understand which tools and hypotheses should be scaled, and which should be abandoned.
- Build the work of the marketing team: editor, designer, and other specialists and contractors.
- Set tasks, define priorities, and control the team's deadlines and work quality.
Schedule and Working Conditions:
- Remote work format.
- Schedule 5/2, employment from 10:00 to 18:00 (open to part-time consideration).
- Compensation 150,000 rubles per month.
- Professional growth prospects.
Work Advantages:
- Opportunity to build marketing from scratch.
- Real influence on the product. Marketing is viewed not as a separate function, but as an important part of the entire project's development.
- Freedom to propose and test hypotheses. They are open to new channels, formats, and mechanics and are ready to give space to a strong specialist.
- Opportunity to form a system and team around yourself.
- Prospect of growth to CMO. They are looking for a person who can potentially become one of the key members of the project team.
- Meaningful product. They work with the topic of mental health and create a product that helps people understand themselves better and treat their psyche with more care.
- Careful approach to marketing. They do not want to build promotion based on fear, pressure, manipulation, and aggressive “infomarketing” mechanics.
What We Expect from You:
- Relevant experience in marketing and digital project development.
- Experience in growing a project or a separate direction from scratch / from an early stage.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to see marketing as an integrated system.
- Understanding of content marketing, funnels, and the user journey from first contact to purchase.
- Experience working with multiple channels: Telegram, Instagram; YouTube and e-mail are desirable.
- Ability to work with analytics, metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
- Initiative and independence — the ability to propose solutions rather than wait for them.
- Systemic approach, responsibility, and the ability to bring tasks to completion.
