YASNO, a service for matching psychologists, is looking for a Marketing Director who can build marketing as a systematic business growth function and scale user acquisition through an effective channel mix.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy aimed at sustainable business growth
• Build and manage an effective mix of acquisition channels (performance, brand, influence, partnerships, etc.)
• Manage key metrics, including forecasting and planning
• Develop a data-driven approach: build analytics and make data-informed decisions
• Conduct market, competitor, and user behavior analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Formulate and test marketing and product hypotheses
• Work at the intersection of marketing, product, and sales, influencing the funnel and product decisions
• Hire, develop, and strengthen the marketing team
