Founding Sales Lead in an AI-native fintech startup 🔥
Format: full time Location: CET or close timezone (excluding Russia/Belarus) Compensation: base salary $10,000 - $15,000 + bonuses, discussed individually
We are looking for a Founding Sales Lead for an AI-native fintech startup that is building payment infrastructure for the European market. The company is in the pre-launch phase: launch is scheduled for September 2026. And now is the perfect time to systematically build the commercial function from scratch, side-by-side with the founder!
What you will be doing: • Launching the first B2B sales and validating Go-to-Market (GTM) hypotheses. • Forming ICP, target lists, and approaches to client segments. • Testing outbound, referrals, events, community, and partner channels. • Setting up the customer journey: from the first contact to onboarding and live operation. • Building CRM, sales stages, follow-ups, and basic metrics.
Who we are looking for: • 8+ years of experience in B2B sales / business development. • Understanding of outbound, referrals, partner channels, and international B2B sales. • Ability to work with ICP, funnel, CRM, and sales metrics. • Hands-on approach and readiness to work at an early stage. • Fluent English C1. • Ability to be a strong partner to the CEO: quickly grasp context, propose solutions, and justify priorities.
Conditions: Remote-first, CET timezone or close. A residence permit is required for employment. Employment via a B2B contract. Base salary + bonuses, willing to discuss individually. Minimal bureaucracy and direct work with the CEO.
