An Investment Director is sought by the IT company SMP Esports.

SMP Esports develops phygital motorsport and digital technologies: from an international network of pilot training centers to its own racing engine SMP Drive Engine and mobile games.

The company is now entering a stage of global scaling and is looking for an expert to attract investment in Russia, the CIS, and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attract investment and find international partners/funds
• Structure deals (JV, franchises, investment models)
• Package projects (pitch, financial models) and conduct high-level negotiations
• Support deals until project launch in new countries

Candidate Expectations:

• Successful investment attraction case (international experience and contacts in funds will be an advantage)
• Understanding of the specifics of IT, sports, or infrastructure projects
• Strong negotiation skills and entrepreneurial mindset
