OK RUSAL is hiring a HR Director with knowledge of French for one of its production sites in Africa (Guinea).
Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating the activities of the HR department, functional task distribution among structural units, monitoring the timeliness and quality of work execution
- Controlling the procedures for hiring, transferring, categorizing, and dismissing personnel, as well as calculating salaries
- Implementing organizational and staffing changes at the enterprise
- Developing and monitoring the execution of the payroll business plan for expats and non-expats
- Developing and monitoring the execution of the enterprise's annual professional training and development program, working with the talent pool
- Building favorable relationships with representatives of local sub-prefectures in the mining area
- Implementing the annual Charity program
- Supporting expats (payroll calculation, contract renewals, leaves, etc.)
- Building favorable relationships with the enterprise's trade unions
- Resolving labor disputes and conflicts with local personnel of the enterprise with the participation of the trade union organization
- Monitoring the work of the transport service, ensuring timely delivery of employees to work
- Monitoring the maintenance of residential and administrative facilities for local personnel and expats
- Reporting upon requests from the state authorities of the Republic of Guinea and the Central Company
Requirements:
- Higher specialized education
- At least 10 years of experience as an HR Director
- Experience in developing and monitoring payroll and HR planning business plans
- Negotiation experience (experience representing the company in state authorities)
- Tolerance towards local personnel
- Knowledge of French (Upper-intermediate level or higher)
- Proficiency in computer programs: WORD, Excel, 1C:8, SAP, PayDox
