Looking for Senior / Lead designers for the Moscow Exchange team

It's time to tell you a little more about the Finuslug design team — it has been significantly updated over the past six months. In addition to the team, we have also reassembled our approach to work.

We believe that a strong result in a product comes not only from a large amount of work and established processes, but from a broad outlook, flexibility, perseverance, and the ability to see the desired outcome. And in order to achieve all this without an inflated staff, of course, we use an AI-first approach. Our strategy is to bring together those who think like us.

There will be many product updates here soon, and in the meantime, we have started a large-scale update of the design system and are moving to a new stack for automation based on AI, MCP, and agentic workflows. All this is to do less by hand and more with our minds.

Now we are looking for two key people for the team: — Lead Product Designer — Senior Product Designer

Both roles are independent; without experience in big tech and understanding product processes, it will be difficult for you.

Excellent taste and an author's perspective are important to us: not just following the rules of "this is how it should be / this is how it shouldn't be," but the ability to find solutions to specific problems that take into account the interests of both the user and the product. We are looking for a partner, not an executor, who understands how design affects metrics and business goals. The ability to work with design systems, AI Fluency, and high emotional intelligence are fundamental.
