Looking for a Mass Hiring Recruiter to join our team.
We are a Fintech company that is actively developing and scaling teams in various directions.
Currently, we are looking for mass hiring recruiters to fill key positions: collection department operators and contact center operators.
Responsibilities:
- Mass recruitment: Full hiring cycle management for online personnel linear positions (Online video interviews).
- Active independent sourcing and work with job platforms.
- Maintaining recruitment funnel statistics and filling out internal reports (CRM/Google Sheets/Reports).
What is important to us:
- Experience in mass hiring for at least 3 years, understanding of recruitment business processes.
- Confident work with popular job platforms. Work with Zoom, Google Meet, Yandex Telemost.
- Experience with CRM, Google Sheets/Office, Dolphin, Slack.
- Understanding the specifics of hiring in fast-paced environments with constantly changing conditions (e.g., FinTech, Igaming, large contact centers, service aggregators, etc.).
- Ability to analyze personal work results, identify patterns, and seek opportunities to improve processes and funnel metrics.
- Understanding of recruitment business processes.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in MFIs/Fintech/iGaming or projects with a similar profile.
- Experience with CRM, AmoCRM.
Conditions and work format:
- Full-time, 5/2 from 09:00 to 18:00 MSK
- Salary range: $1500-1900 + kpi
- Work format: remote
