Description
We are creating unique GenAI products in Russia for autonomous management of internal services as a replacement for SAP.
The role is at the intersection of PMO and architecture, with functional coverage of SAP ERP, HCM, SRM, BW, BPC.
For this position, an understanding of architecture and cross-functional/integration interaction of SAP systems, implementation of end-to-end business processes, and an understanding of business processes in the field of finance and reporting (internal economic activity) are important.
We expect a high degree of autonomy and expertise from the candidate. Working closely with the department head: support, backup, and development of solutions within the existing strategy.
Responsibilities
- Synchronization of the launch and replication of new functionality
- Synchronization of the phased decommissioning of SAP functionalities
- Management of cross-functional dependencies
- General management of import substitution projects (risks, escalations, changes, etc.).
Requirements
- Experience in implementing and supporting SAP in a consultant role (gathering business requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting testing, debugging)
- Experience in independently preparing project documentation (conceptual design, project decisions, migration templates, user instructions, test scenarios, cutover plan)
- Experience in preparing reporting materials for management
- Developed soft skills: leadership, responsibility, independence, stress tolerance, cognitive flexibility, innovative thinking, ability to conduct conflict negotiations/reach agreements.

- Experience working with hybrid methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Working in a multitasking environment and under tight deadlines
- Basic knowledge and experience in the field of AI (GenAI, AI agents)
- Basic knowledge in the field of microservice architecture.
