The "FURTHER" Charitable Foundation is looking for Volunteers who are ready to become part of a large and friendly community and help where it truly matters.
"Further" is a leading Russian foundation supporting women with breast cancer. Since 2011, it has been uniting people so that every woman has the opportunity to prevent, detect early, and treat breast cancer. The foundation operates a Breast Cancer Hotline, a "Together" Support Center, and an online platform "TogetherPlus," where any woman and her loved ones can receive free professional help from specialists.
What you will be doing:
- Participating in the "Pink October" project – one of the foundation's main annual campaigns to raise awareness about early detection of breast cancer.
- Working at the InterCharm exhibition: assisting visitors, helping organize the foundation's space, advising on participation in activities, coordinating the mobile oncologist-mammologist's office: greeting and assisting visitors, helping organize appointments and visitor flow.
- Working with visitors at the foundation's events and exhibitions.
- Participating in other foundation events and activities throughout the year.
Areas of volunteer support:
- Car volunteers.
- Event volunteers.
- Specialist volunteers.
- Creating photo and video content, editing, visual design, assistance with PR promotion, marketing support, participation in fundraising activities, managing social media (for specialists in these areas).
Requirements:
- Volunteer experience is welcome but not required.
- Sincere interest in helping people, a desire to participate in charitable activities.
- Willingness to participate in the life of the foundation's volunteer community.
