🚀 We are looking for a Head of Operations in a fast-growing product company (gaming / related niches)
Format: remote
The company is in a stage of active growth: a compact team, established basic processes, and ambitious scaling plans. Culture: no micromanagement or "assembly line" approach: trust, a soft management style, and a focus on efficiency, not control.
🎯 Role Objective To build and systematically develop the company's operational function: to bring order to processes, scale teams, and make work transparent and predictable.
🔥 What you will do: • Manage the company's operational activities: process optimization and scaling • Structure teams: unite employees into logical units and establish clear areas of responsibility • Develop and implement a stable KPI and bonus system • Standardize and improve reporting • Balance workload between resources (e.g., design, product, etc.) • Promptly monitor the work of teams and managers, analyze results • Help employees understand their progress and remove operational blockers • Work in close collaboration with the founder / head of the company
✅ Requirements: • Experience in the role of Head of Operations / Operations Manager / COO • Strong background in building and scaling processes • Experience in implementing KPIs and performance evaluation systems • Systematization skills, analytical thinking • Ability to work with teams and build a clear structure • Understanding of the gaming audience or experience in related niches is desirable
💡 Will be a plus: • Experience in product or fast-growing companies • Background in large projects or big tech • English language
