We are looking for a Head of Media Buying who will lead and scale the media buying department, manage a team of buyers, drive traffic growth for an in-house product, and achieve customer acquisition targets.
We need more than just a strong buyer — we are looking for someone who can build and manage a full performance marketing system: team, funnels, analytics, creatives, technical infrastructure, traffic quality control, and business performance.
Responsibilities
Manage and lead the media buying team; Set tasks, monitor KPIs, and develop team performance; Organize and scale traffic acquisition for an in-house product; Achieve customer acquisition and loan issuance targets; Work with traffic sources: Meta / Facebook Ads and Google Ads; Develop, test, and optimize advertising funnels and bundles; Generate and validate new hypotheses, creatives, approaches, and funnels; Monitor campaign performance by CPA, CAC, CR, approve rate, loan issuance volume, and traffic quality; Scale profitable campaigns and cut ineffective ones; Configure and oversee analytics across all funnel stages; Ensure correct event tracking and data transfer to Meta, Google, and internal analytics systems; Work with PWA apps, APK apps, Android and iOS traffic; Collaborate with analytics, product, development, and performance teams; Control advertising infrastructure: accounts, domains, trackers, apps, landing pages, pre-landers, redirects, and related systems.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in media buying; Experience managing media buying teams; At least 1 year of leadership experience; Strong hands-on expertise with Meta / Facebook Ads; Experience with Google Ads; Mandatory experience in gray-hat verticals: crypto, gambling, betting, fintech, loans, or related niches; Strong understanding of building and scaling performance funnels; Experience working with creatives, offers, landing pages, pre-landers, and funnels; Experience with PWA / APK / mobile traffic; Understanding of Android and iOS traffic acquisition mechanics; Experience configuring analytics and event tracking; Hands-on experience with trackers, redirects, cloaking / traffic filtering, and technical infrastructure; Deep understanding of CPA, CAC, CPL, CPS, CR, ROI / ROMI, EPC, and approve rate; Ability to make data-driven decisions.

Meta / Facebook Ads Manager; Google Ads; Google Analytics 4; Google Tag Manager; Keitaro / Binom / RedTrack or similar trackers; AppsFlyer / Adjust / Firebase or similar attribution tools; PWA / APK / mobile attribution; Trackers, redirects, domains, pre-landers, landing pages; Excel / Google Sheets; BI tools: Looker Studio / Power BI / Metabase or similar; Task management systems: Jira / Trello / Asana / Notion.
Nice to Have
Experience in MFO / lending / payday loans; Experience working with in-house products rather than affiliate offers; Experience scaling traffic in highly competitive niches; Experience building or restructuring media buying teams; Understanding of post-loan customer quality metrics: default rates, profitability, repeat loans, fraud rate.
