🚀 We are looking for a strong Head of Media Buying.
💰 3,000 – 3,500 USD 🌍 Full-time / Remote 📍 Internal product | Digital traffic | Media Buying
We are looking for a Head of Media Buying who will take responsibility for managing the team of buyers, scaling traffic to an internal product, and achieving key business indicators for client acquisition.
We need not just a strong buyer, but a person who knows how to build a system: team, связки (connections/flows), analytics, creatives, technical infrastructure, traffic quality control, and business results achievement.
🔥 What you will do: — manage a team of media buyers; — set tasks, control KPIs, and develop the team; — organize traffic delivery to the internal product; — meet client acquisition / payout plans; — work with Meta / Facebook Ads and Google Ads; — develop and test advertising связки (connections/flows); — search for new hypotheses, approaches, creatives, and funnels; — control campaign effectiveness by CPA, CAC, CR, approve rate, payouts, and traffic quality; — scale effective campaigns and disable ineffective ones; — build and control analytics across the entire funnel; — control event transmission to Meta, Google, and internal analytics; — work with PWA, APK, Android / iOS traffic; — interact with analytics, product, development, and performance teams; — control advertising infrastructure: accounts, domains, trackers, applications, landing pages, bridges.
🧠 What is important to us: — 3+ years of experience in media buying; — experience managing a team of buyers; — 1+ year of experience in a leadership position; — strong hands-on experience with Meta / Facebook Ads; — experience working with Google Ads; — mandatory experience in grey niches: crypto, gambling, betting, fintech, loans, and related verticals; — understanding of scaling performance связки (connections/flows); — experience working with creatives, offers, landing pages, pre-landing pages, and funnels; — experience with PWA / APK / mobile traffic; — understanding of Android and iOS traffic delivery; — experience in setting up analytics and event transmission; — understanding of trackers, redirects, cloaking / traffic filtering, and technical infrastructure; — confident understanding of CPA, CAC, CPL, CPS, CR, ROI / ROMI, EPC, approve rate; — ability to make decisions based on numbers. 🛠 Stack and tools: — Meta / Facebook Ads Manager; — Google Ads; — Google Analytics 4; — Google Tag Manager; — Keitaro / Binom / RedTrack or similar; — AppsFlyer / Adjust / Firebase; — PWA / APK / mobile attribution; — trackers, redirects, domains, pre-landers; — Excel / Google Sheets; — Looker Studio / Power BI / Metabase; — Jira / Trello / Asana / Notion.
➕ Will be a plus: — experience in microfinance organizations / lending / payday loans; — experience working with an internal product; — experience scaling in highly competitive niches; — experience building a media buying team from scratch; — understanding of client quality after payout: default rate, profitability, repeat loans, fraud rate.
