Astra IT company group is looking for a PR Manager (TantorLabs).
Tantor Labs is a leading technology company developing systems for storing, analyzing, and processing corporate data. It is part of the Astra Group.
The team is an active participant in the PostgreSQL community both in Russia and abroad. The team aims to provide businesses with much more than just an alternative DBMS, creating a whole ecosystem of interconnected solutions for working with corporate data.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the company's PR plan, control the activity calendar
- Initiate publications, comments, interviews, columns, special projects, industry reviews, etc.
- Develop information triggers in collaboration with product teams, developers, and managers
- Promote company experts in industry media
- Prepare press releases, articles, comments, and other PR materials
- Build relationships with journalists, editors, and industry platforms
Candidate Expectations:
- At least 3 years of PR experience in IT, technology, or B2B companies
- Ability to immerse yourself in the context and independently find information triggers, not just process incoming tasks
- Strong text writing and editing skills, including the use of neural networks
- Systematic approach to work: calendars, logs, statuses, deadlines, and reporting are part of your job
- Ability to manage your own area without constant supervision from a manager

- You require constant reminders about deadlines and task execution control
- You believe a good press release should be as neutral and cautious as possible
- You neglect spelling, punctuation, and editorial review
- You are not comfortable with calendars, plans, and statuses
- You are only comfortable working from a ready-made task list
