Responsibilities:

• Analysis of market and consumer research data;
• Coordination of market research projects;
• Preparation and implementation of activation and communication plans for the development of existing brands and the launch of new brands into the market;
• Media planning, BTL and promo activities, promotion of special activities;
• Participation in brand positioning development;
• Development of communication for consumers and points of sale;
• Development of an effective and innovative media plan;
• Analysis of brand business-related data to evaluate activity effectiveness;
• Development and recommendation of concepts for short-term and long-term brand development;
• Leading the development and execution of the annual and monthly marketing budget;
• Sales volume plan forecasting and plan performance assessment.

Requirements:

• Higher education (economics, marketing, management);
• At least 5 years of experience in brand marketing in the FMCG segment;
• Advanced PC user: Excel, PowerPoint;
• English language at Upper Intermediate level or higher;
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, structured thinking;
• Goal-oriented and task-focused.
